Vineeta Yadav has done her B. Sc. (Hons.) in Physics from University of Delhi and M. Sc. in Physics from Delhi Technological University, Delhi, India. She will be working in the LENSIS as PhD student on the topic “Hafnium Oxide Ferroelectric Films: from fundamental understanding to optimized low power device Integration”.
